    Michelle Grace Lebeau

Michelle Grace Lebeau (she/her) knows first hand how life can spiral out of control when a loved one abuses alcohol or drugs. She found herself over-burdened with responsibility, unsupported, confused, lonely, and unhappy. She suffered from back pain, a suppressed immune system, other unexplained ailments, and emotional distress . She needed help.

Thus began a personal journey of healing that continues today. When she discovered the power of energy healing in her own journey, Michelle Grace pursued training as a Certified Advanced Integrative Energy Healing Practitioner to bring healing and recovery to others. She's developed a unique gentle approach that supports, among others, women affected by someone's substance abuse. She's passionate about helping people

    • Uncover and release trapped emotions, patterns, belief systems and behaviours that exist in relationships with substance abusers

    • Discover unrecognized strengths and choices - and rediscover their lost selves

    • Recover lives of health, calm, connection, and happiness.

    Uncover. Discover. Recover.

Michelle’s background includes over 20 years as an adult educator, often working with marginalized and trauma-affected people. She’s learned much from them about living with trauma and substance abuse and has studied and trained other practitioners in trauma-informed practices. She's a member of the Certified Advanced Integrative Energy Healing Practitioners (CAIEHP) and Natural Health Practitioners of Canada. Her experience includes working with alcoholics and addicts and their families both privately and at a licensed treatment facility.

Michelle gratefully lives and works on Vancouver’s North Shore, on the unceded traditional territories of the Squamish, Tsleil-Waututh and Musqueum First Nations.

    The Healing Approach: Energy Healing

    It's gentle

The "emotional hangover" that often accompanies talk therapy sessions is rare with Michelle's gentle approach.

    It's non-intrusive

Relax fully clothed on a massage table. Treatments can be hands-on or hands-off. You are always in control of the session.

    It's reputable

There are many energy healing approaches. AIEH is taught and certified through a BC public post-secondary institution, and has a code of ethics and professional practice.

    It supports the whole person

Our bodies store our emotions. Discover underlying causes of physical pain and sensations. With guidance, be empowered to take an active role in your own healing.

    It brings balance and clarity

Be guided through a process that will uncover unconscious patterns, beliefs and behaviours that affect your day-to-day life. Discover strengths you didn't know you had.
